A non-returnable deposit of £50 per week, £75 per fortnight confirms your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday.

If you have to cancel we will try and re-let the flat, but cannot guarantee to make a full refund. We operate a 'no deposit for damage' policy: on the understanding that the property is left clean and tidy as it is found. We reserve the right to charge for any damage etc. which does not come under 'normal wear and tear'.

PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE BY CHEQUE

• Heating is by electric heaters, cost is included.
• All cleaning materials are provided, also a hoover, iron and iron board.
• Beds have duvets and pillows, under covers and bed linen is provided.
• Washing Machine.
• Communal garden to rear with shared washing line.
• Parking is free in street area to front of building.
• You will be required to bring your own towels and tea towels.
• Premises will be available from 14.00hrs on commencement of holiday and should be vacated by 10.00hrs on departure day.
